We are doing this study to learn more about an experimental drug called AZD1613, and also to better understand ADPKD and associated health problems.
The purpose of this study is to look at a study vaccine, called PG4, given with adjuvants, that may be used to extend protection against pneumococcal disease due to a germ called S. pneumoniae.
You are invited to take part in this clinical trial because currently, there is no approved vaccine for the prevention of acute gastroenteritis (AGE) caused by norovirus. Acute gastroenteritis, commonly known as the stomach flu or stomach bug, is characterized by symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal cramps, and sometimes fever. The purpose of this clinical trial is to evaluate an investigational vaccine to prevent AGE caused by a norovirus infection.
We are doing this study to learn more about treatments that could reduce the risk of developing heart failure, reduce the risk of death from cardiovascular causes and also to better understand the studied disease and associated health problems.
