This study is focused on participants who have diabetic kidney disease. The aim of this study is to see how safe and effective the study drugs are.

Please note that this clinical trial will use an investigational drug product that has not yet been approved for use outside of clinical trials. The safety and efficacy of the investigational drug product have not been fully evaluated by Regulatory Authorities and has not received marketing authorization in any country.
